1. 78% of American workers are satisfied with their jobs.

In third place on the list of the most satisfied workers by country, the USA has a job satisfaction rate of 78%. This is according to the U.S. job satisfaction statistics and a 2019 study of 34 countries around the world by Randstad.

2. Australia records a job satisfaction rating of 7.2 out of 10.

According to job satisfaction statistics for Australia, their workers report job satisfaction of 7.2. However, according to Converge International, only 44% of Australian workers are satisfied with their jobs.

3. Around four in 10 South African workers report job satisfaction.

Only 41% of South African workers say they feel happy with their jobs, but no one revealed they are looking for a new job. This data comes from a global study across 29 countries, including South Africa.

4. Out of all UK workers, 74% report they are satisfied with their jobs.
